She is an accomplished human resource professional, having most recently served as the HR Generalist of Village Bank. Her experience also covered developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining all aspects of Bank Secrecy and compliance.
At Murphy Bros., Krissy handles the on and off-boarding of employees, talent acquisition, recognition programs, and benefits administration, along with various AR duties. She is the only person on our team who is averse to vegetables (that we know of). Other than that oddity, she fits right in with our eclectic group of value-driven professionals.
